The Customer Service Center and Drive-Thru are open daily, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Employees are entering homes on an as-needed basis, pending the customer response to a COVID-19 screening checklist.

As always, we remain flexible and willing to work with customers facing financial hardships during this time.

June 3 Update

Easton Utilities will continue providing the essential services our customers rely on every day, while following the recommendations of federal, state and local agencies to protect the health of the public and our employees. Please note the following updates to our operations:
The Customer Service Center and Lobby remain CLOSED. The Drive-Thru will be open on Mondays and Fridays only between 10 am – 2 pm. Customers are encouraged to utilize online bill pay, phone or mail for transactions.

March 31 Update

Easton Utilities understands the importance of supporting our community efforts during this unprecedented time. While we continue to provide the essential services our customers rely on every day, we want to follow the recommendations of federal, state and local agencies to protect the health of the public and our employees.
In addition to the recommended precautions we are currently following, we closed the Drive-Thru yesterday. Below please find our current operational status as of March 30, 2020:
 The Customer Service Center, Drive-Thru and Lobby are CLOSED
o Customers are encouraged to utilize online bill pay, phone or mail for transactions
o Please contact our Customer Service Representative at 410-822-6110 if assistance is needed to set up online account
 Employees are no longer entering customer homes unless it’s an emergency
o For Easton Velocity issues (internet, cable, phone), technicians will work with the customer remotely to troubleshoot problems
 Free Drive-Up Hotspots are available for people to perform essential functions
o WiFi Name: EU-Public and No Password Required
 Talbottown Shopping Center main parking lot (closest to the intersection of Washington and Harrison Streets). Available 24/7.
 Idlewild Park parking lot (closest to basketball courts). Open during daylight hours only.
 Moton Park parking lot (closest to park entrance). Open during daylight hours only.
 Library parking lot (closest to Federal Street). Available 24/7.

Community members needing access to high speed internet can now enjoy free Drive-Up Wi-Fi Hotspots provided by Easton Velocity, a service of Easton Utilities. “As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we’ve been working diligently to implement this offering in hopes we can help those in our community who may need internet service,” said Ted L. Book, Director of Easton Velocity. Currently, the Wi-Fi Hotspots are temporarily available in the Talbottown

The name of the free wireless network is EU-Public and there is no password required or limit on time usage. “With the increase in students participating in distance learning and employers requiring people to work remotely, we wanted to provide a safe place for anyone to connect while maintaining the recommended social distancing,” stated John J. Horner, COO for Easton Utilities.
In addition to following the recommendations from the federal, state and local agencies to protect the health of the public and the employees, Easton Utilities is committed to supporting the community efforts in place and being a source of information during this unprecedented time. To continue providing the essential services customers rely on all day, every day, the emergency response team is working diligently to ensure there are contingencies in place if needed.
